· To report any cases of problems and incidents pertaining to the building and building facilities, HSSE issues and which have business impact.
· To manage all works and record all work done according to requirement.
· Responsible for safety and correctness of all items under Facility Management's control.
· To be on standby duty whenever necessary.
· To perform other related maintenance job when requested.
· To ensure all keys for the rooms are in strict order and according to procedures.
