financial planner

  hi guys,

  going for a job interview for "financial planner" position at local bank.

  i dun understand, because i've no diploma or background in banking / finance at all and only got private diplomas in unrelated fields. i told them this and they said never mind.

  sounds weird......"financial planner" does it refer to those guys at the bank branches who sell you investment bonds and that kind of thing? if yes i'm not going for interview.

  anyone got experience pls advise.

  I read recently that Trafigura Group is expanding its office in Singapre and may hire traders to trade metals and commodities. Pay and environment will be excellent.
