specializing in local desserts, cake and pastries, that has been in the
market since the 1980s. We pride ourselves in producing top-quality service
to our customer. Our office is located in the East.
Responsibilities:
- Providing quality customer service to clients
- Building relationships with customers and suppliers
- General sales administration
- Taking customer orders and sales follow up
- Working with all departments to ensure accurate
production of goods
- Work closely with the Director, Kitchen, Drivers
and Management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and sales follow up
- Setting
up and maintenance of marketing portal and website management
Requirements:
- Singaporeans, Permanent
Residents or Malaysians
- Fluent in English and
Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
- Meticulous, sharp and
teachable disposition
- Experience with online
marketing and/ or sales
