Responsibilities:
- Issue invoice & delivery orderĀ for local sales customer
- Issue credit, debit, return inward note and replacement note
- Monitor customer purchase order & delivery schedule
- Update bulk order
- Issue sales advice
- Check and coordinate delivery schedule, stock status with operation
- Attend to customer's calls, enquiries, order and complaints
- Check customer credit facilities. Inform respective Sales Personnel on customoers when exceed thier credit limit and terms
- Ensure price given by Sales Personnel tally with quotations and within minimum selling price
- Matching D.O. and invoice, sending invoice and faxing
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or diploma holder
- 2 years of related experience will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Transport provided at assigned pick up point
- Immediate vacancy available
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am - 5.30pm)
- Willing to work in Tanjong Penjuru
- Singapore Citizen/ Singapore PR need apply
