[B]1. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SME)[/B]
[B][I]Responsibilities: [/I][/B]
• To plan, coordinate and execute sales & marketing activities
• To present and promote our product and services to public and corporate sectors (restaurant, hotel, modern & traditional market, trader, supplier, retailer, etc)
• Ensure sales performance target are achieved and handle customer complaints

[B]2. SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (SAC)[/B]
[I][B]Responsibilities:[/B][/I]
• Handle Full Set of Co.Accounts with Supervisiory Duties
• Ensure Accurate and Timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Assist with internal and external Audit, Tax, corporate Secretarial, Insurance & Banking matters, GST filing, and other adhoc projects
[B][I]Requirements:[/I][/B]
• Degree/ACCA or Professional Qualification in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work Independently and communicate with all levels include liaising with Auditors/Tax Agents/Co.Secretary/Insurance Brokers/Bankers etc.
• Meticulous, Positive motivated working attitudes, good communication skills and able to work with a team of dedicated colleagues
• Proficiency in SAP
• 1-2 years Payroll experience an added value
• Relevant experience in F&B or Retail Industries is an added advantage
[B]3. HR EXECUTIVE (C&B)[/B]
[I][B]Responsibilities: [/B][/I]
• To assist in reviewing and implementing new compensation programs & policies
• To assist in the conduct of job evaluation, participation in market remuneration & benefits surveys
• To assist periodic compensation exercises including salary increment, variable bonus & salary proposal for new hires
• To assist in Monthly Payroll Processing
• To assist in Performance Review Management & Promotion/Organization Change Exercise
• To prepare monthly reports such as turnover report etc.
• To evaluate current insurance coverage, compile & submit Insurance claims to Insurer
• To assist in application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
• Perform any others duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Must be bilingual in English and Chinese as selected candidate is required to deal with Chinese speaking personnel
• Candidate with 2 to 3 years of HR working experience is preferred
• Good team player with cheerful personality
• Possess initiative, drive, a good eye for details and is result-oriented
• Candidate with the knowledge of Time Management System and Times Software will be an added advantage
4. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (AE)

• Handle Sub / Main Accounts

• GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/CAT or equivalent qualification in Accountancy

• SAP experience would be an added advantage
• Some Payroll experience preferably
• Relevant experience in F&B or Retail Industries an added advantage
[B]5. ADMIN EXECUTIVE Cum LANGUAGE TRAINER (AELT) [/B]
[I][B]Responsibilities:[/B][/I]
• Japanese-English language trainer for Japanese expatriates
(Selection of text book, plan learner schedule, conduct of test, evaluation of learner)
• Interpreter for PDQA & Central Kitchen related work, workshop, outlet kitchen staff training, etc
• Translation of documents, incident report for PDQA, meeting minutes, kitchen equipment instruction guide, etc
• Provide Product Development Quality Assurance (PDQA) support, data analysis, utensil and raw ingredient sourcing
• Other PDQA & CNK related work
[I][B]Requirements:[/B][/I]
• Must at least obtain Japanese Language Proficiency level 2.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
• Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years experience in translation or copywriting.
• Passion for translation job and strong responsibility
• A team player with positive attitude.
[B]6. PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (PQCM) [/B]
[I][B]Responsibilities:[/B][/I]
• Devising of a product quality / hygiene management system that prevents defective products / claims arising from product quality issues
• Detection of, and devising and implementation of measures for potential product quality issues / hygiene risks
• Creation of incident report compilation for past rejects, product quality complains and other such common product quality / hygiene troubles of the factory
• Designing and implementation of safety operations schedule based on study tours of models of product quality excellence of other companies.
• Product quality / Hygiene education for employees
[B][I]Requirements:[/I][/B]
• Must have experience in Japanese Cuisine Production in Central Kitchen
• Diploma and above in Food Processing
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety Act is a MUST
• Min 5 years of experience in managing Japanese food
• Knowledge of SAP and HACCP are important
• Able to multi-tasks and work under time constraints and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills and a meticulous person
• Computer literate
• Local, SPR and Japanese are welcomed to apply
