Our client is an investments and assets management firm, and we are looking to fill the above position.
Responsibilities:
- Screening of incoming phone calls, answering varies telephone inquiries, making outgoing overseas phones calls
- In charge of all incoming/outgoing mails, faxes, local and overseas deliveries and couriers
- Assist in booking of meeting room(s) / conference room(s) if required
- Booking of air tickets and other administrative tasks required
- Assist with minimum receptionist duties as walk-ins are rare
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Candidate need to be cheerful and well-groomed
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Good working experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Others:
- Up to $2500 basic (negotiable)
