How to quit from job?

i working as dealer in MBS, walao, really cannot tahan,very tiring job, everyone like 10 years older than actual age, but cannot quit lah because sign contract with them already, need 6months bond but there everything leave it to you one lah, like no proper code like that tell us this and that, like basic info also need to find out yourself,sibeh luan. Really survival instincts have to be there, need to learn from our foreign talent lor.They sibeh kiang! example,i still don't know i now confirm or not, still got how many months left? Heard need 2 months notice before can quit? or 1 month? I dont want to pay money leh! Anyone work there before just tell me lah, go HR very sian one plus everyday work that kind of shift i always not enough time to sleep really dont want to wait already! >o<

If you have wanted to switch jobs, you need not only to submit a resignation letter. It takes much more than that to leave a company. First, you have to talk with your employer. Second, you need to make sure everything is in the right order when you step out of the door. So before you resign, make sure you’re properly prepared.

He is just too busy to find out and want the world to tell him the answer.
It is not his fault to apply for the job as a dealer.
It is not his fault not to ask his HR whether he need to clear any bond or the procedure for resignation.
It is not his fault if he cannot find another job.
Cos he is too busy working as a dealer.

Lots of kaopeiing and nobody being helpful. You want to kaopei, bring it outside the net lah, no need to vent anynomous here on the internet on some guy's problems. Peep only want to quit and hear suggestions and all you want to do is to fault peep. Get a friggin' life! I hope this happens to you the next time you ever ask a question.

Simple. Don't come back to job. Ever.
They consider you AWOL.
But that does wonders for your resume and reference checks.

if u quit because of pay or some unresolved conflicts...then its quite understandable....but if it is due to certain minor work procedures u r not happy....then u have a long way to go in the world of work.....
many successful people starts from scratch....dun even have a proper working table or even have to fork out own money and get reimbursements months later...thats not the point when there are other things u could learn and pick up before u jump....
in times of cost cutting and looming recessions...think thrice before u throw in the towel....

From his response, he expecting immediate answers and not more questions.
He have no time for grandfather story on how other successful people make it.
He just need some one to tell him what to do it in a short cut way.
If he dun help himself to find out solution but choose to scold pple here, why would any one bother ?

When you sign on the dotted line, didn't it state how many months of notice you need to give them and what nots?
