Looking for Shipping Coordinator

  An international trading company located in the east is looking for a shipping coordinator.

  1. Process shipping documentation
  2. Processing Sales Order: PO/DO/Packing List/ & liaising with freight forwarders etc,
  3. Other general admin duties

   

  1. Minimum 1 year of admin or shipping experience
  2. Min O level and above 
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  4. Bilingual in English & Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
  5. Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PRs.
  Knowledge of import/export LC negotiation

  Position: Permanent

  Working days/hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

  Salary range: Open, as will be base on experience/qualifications
