The job that we are offering requires time and effort from you. As long as you work in accordance with the instructions, you will be earning at least $10 per hour. We call it the “Door-to-door Sales Personnel”, or in short, the DSP.
Let’s get to the point: What’s in it for you? Below are the rewards of a DSP:
- Basic pay of $5 per hour
- Commission of $2 per book
- An extra hour’s basic pay if you come back on the same day to return stock
- Extra incentive of $10 if you sell 10 books in a session
- Extra incentive of $20 if you sell 14 books in a session
- Extra incentive of $30 if you sell 18 books in a session
- Flexible working hours (either weekdays 6pm to 9pm or weekends 10am to 1pm / 3pm to 6pm / 6pm – 9pm)
The job is knocking on doors (in fact, you don’t even need to knock…the doors are always open) to convince people to purchase our books. We offer full money back refund, low price (less than $10 per book if they buy 8 books!) and a sales script that will change the mindset of the customers. Due to our systematic approach, no household will be knocked twice.
You will be covering areas near the office (Bukit Batok / Clementi).
On average, a DSP earns $10 per hour. We have implemented the programme in 2010 before. Here’s an example of two DSPs who worked in 2010:
DSP 1 (Yuying, 15 years old, 6pm to 9pm)
Basic: $15 (3 hours)
Incentive: $5 (she came back at 9:15pm)
Commission: $12 (6 books)
Total: $32.00 for three hours of work
DSP 2 (Mandy, 15 years old, 6pm to 9pm)
Basic: $15 (3 hours)
Incentive: $5 (she came back at 9:15pm)
Commission: $20 (10 books)
Total: $40.00 for three hours of work
Pay will be given immediately after you have completed your job for that day and returned to office. This job does not require you to sign any contract with the company.
