ICA specialist

  HELLO LOVELY PEOPLE OF THE WORLD.

  i am thinking of applying for the position of ICA specialist, my dad's one and he tells me it's exactly the kind of job i'd love! (: BUT, i was told that i would need to go for training at HTA. 

  my question is: how is the training like at HTA? it's been a while since i exercised, the last time i checked was last year during my JC years. ive become really lazy, so i have NO CONFIDENCE in my stamina anymore. Is the training going to be exhaustive?? I heard every morning must go run 2.4km, sianzxz.

  COME ON ANYBODY?? no one whos got prior experience for th training?? i wish i could ask my dad but he's a retiree, he's got no idea how the HTA training is like anymore... ):
