Finance Executive
To ensure the accurate and timely closing of period-end accounts and processing of transactions, providing effective support to the business
Job Responsibilities:
• To ensure the accurate and timely closing of period-end accounts and processing of transactions, providing effective support to the business
• Responsible for the daily accounting and transaction processing of the business
• Provide guidance and review the transaction processing work performed by the Accounts Assistant
• Month-end closing of the entity-level accounts of the business, and generation of financial statements and reports
• Prepare/ review monthly schedules and reconciliations, and perform inter-company billings and reconciliations of inter-company transactions & balances
• Assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end audit procedures, quarterly GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports/ responses to government/ stat board
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with some relevant experience; or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent plus min 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced MS Excel/ spreadsheet skills
• Working knowledge of MS Navision or similar ERP system is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and hands-on, with an eye for details
• Good ability to lead, guide and coordinate
• Positive attitude and highly dependable

Finance Manager
You shall be responsible for Financial accounting and reporting of the Group. Managing the Financial matters of selected Group companies and support the Financial Controller in accurate performance management and effective capital stewardship of the Group's businesses is also part of the work scope.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement HQ Corporate policies, procedures and reporting requirements
• Lead, analyse and resolve Group accounting issues
• Prepare and analyse consolidated financial information and periodic management reports
• Manage Group cashflows and assist in cashflow projections
• Prepare Group budget and financial forecasts
• Provide Financial Analysis or evaluation for ad-hoc projects
• Manage the financial matters of selected Group companies
• Support the performance review of business units
• Lead and coordinate corporate secretarial and year-end audit matters
Requirements:
• CPA / ACCA / Qualified Accountant
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Strong knowledge of FRS, applicable tax laws and internal controls concepts
• Group reporting / consolidation experience
• Experience in Microsoft Business Solutions -- Navision and Jet Reports applications will be an advantage

HR Officer (Recruitment & Selection)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Recruitment & Selection Activities for business unit
• Work closely with line managers on manpower requirements
• Liaise and maintain good working relationship with Recruitment Agencies, Advertising Media and Government Agencies
• Conduct screening interview, reference check and to handle the job offer process
• Provide advice, assistance and counsel on local manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance
• Process work pass applications, renewals, cancelations.
• To conduct orientation for new staff
• To conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey on a quarterly basis
• To assist in any ad-hoc HR project assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in HRM or any business discipline
• Preferably 1 year experience in Recruitment & Selection

Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for the organisation ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all monthly ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into payroll system
• Prompt and accurate statutory submission and payments and annual tax filing for the company
• Responsible for submission of all govern/ claims
• Responsible for monthly payroll and headcount reconciliation
• Handle queries from employees
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of employment act and statutory submission
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
• Able to start work immediately / With short notice preferred
