Customer Support Executive (ERP, C++, MS SQL, Central)
Our client is a software technology company and we are looking to fill the above position.
Responsibilities:
- In-house customer support, through email or telephone call channels, on the Enterprise Management Systems software
- Provide customer support and technical issue resolutions
- Compile, review and advise customers on operational and system issues
- Conduct system bugs tracing and troubleshooting at system database and application levels to identify cause of system bugs
- Perform testing, provide resolutions or propose work-around solutions
- Coordinate with Development Team to fulfill customer deliverables not supported by our software configuration platform
- Ensure timely completion and closure of incidents and change requests
- Conduct system application installations at customer site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant
- Exposure to ERP applications
- Good programming knowledge in C++, MS SQL
