  Happiness at work or pay rise/promotions? this topic was discussed this morning via Channel 8 programme ''Good Morning, Singapore!'' What are your views on this?

  happiness.

  most of time spent at work - not happy at work very sian. not happy at work can also affect moral, performance, mood etc.

  ...though if not happy but earn money like water, then can tahan for awhile then zhao.

  let's just say happiness at work....but too long w/o pay raise, happiness will also go away...

  I guess both. Sometimes, happiness to others = pay.
