Responsibilities:
We
are looking for individuals with outgoing personality, with a positive
attitude that are willing to take up one of our front line customer
service positions. You will be working in the front line delivering
knowledgeable solutions, quality service to customers, handling their
transactions and responding to their queries. In addition, you are
required to be:
- Providing the first point of contact for customers
- Managing & maintaining the retail customer experience & service standards
- Providing customer relationship management
- Perform cashier duties
- Stock count during day to day operation
- Incentives are awarded for good performance.
Requirements:
We would like you to have some or all of the following qualities or experience
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Well presented and groomed
- MUST BE willing to work on weekends and public holidays. (4.5 Days Retail Hours / Week)
- With IT & Mobile Phone knowledge will be an advantage
- Must be cheerful, positive & a co-operative team player
- Candidate
must possess at least a 3 GCE "O" Level, Professional
Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard / City Hall area.
