For this client, Timeo-Performance is now recruiting a BPS Principal Finance & Accounting based in Singapore.
Report to: the Regional Head Business Process Services
Job Purpose:
• To develop sustainable new business performance for our client through the growth and development of the BPS Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Growing the Business Process Solution line of service by identifying and targeting the right industries and accounts
• Our client BPS strategy, capability and track record of innovation is effectively communicated to identified prospects, enabling differentiated positioning of our client in mind of prospective clients Prospect pipeline targets defined and met
• Prospect conversion targets are defined and met,
• Effective relationships maintained with other our client sales roles and partner organisations
• Marketing events and campaigns are effectively supported so that customer acquisition and lead conversion is maximised
• Effective sales coverage is achieved with named prospects
• BPS Signing target second year of US$10m TCLR per year
• Provide expertise and be the centre of competence for the BPS services, sharing knowledge and coaching country teams to enable delivery at country level
• Support BPS sales with each of the Opcos, working cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries to secure the required skills and processes to deliver the opportunity
• Delivering in a matrix organisation
Requirements:
Essentials
• Capable of Enterprise-level selling and consulting; managing a long sales cycle:
- 5 years selling experience of closing deals for consulting services/outsourcing of deal size of more than US$5M per deal to Fortune 500 firms
- Possess at least 5 years’ experience in re-engineering/improving internal or customers’ work processes and business processes in Finance/Accounting or Prior experience in leading an accounting team and overseeing all accounting activities (AP, AR, GL), banking and audit matters with responsibilities for financial, management and statutory reporting, preparation of annual budget and forecasts, submission of GST/VAT returns and tax matters is required.
- Good knowledge of international general accounting principles and policies, compliance and control procedures.
• Have a good understanding of the surrounding technologies in order to propose comprehensive solutions and integrated solutions (rather than ‘spot’ solutions)
• Be capable of C-level engagement, with social maturity for Executive level contact
• Problem solver, self starter
• Complex solution sales in competitive space (prospecting, business development)
• Experience leading the sales cycle involving a complex virtual team
• Strong organisational culture awareness
Preferable:
• Consulting, advisory skills – technology &/or document solutions
• Knowledge of document management and workflow solutions based on advanced technology, software and processes
• Project management experience.
