Our client is the global purchasing organization of an international group whereby its activities include global supply chain optimization, advanced purchasing of components for global carline projects and procurement and supply of production materials for affiliates worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business reports on cost savings , total cost reduction, weekly highlights , KPI report and other ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain the cost savings tracking tool including process compliance and documentation.
- Provide analysis on global purchasing activities.
- Support Finance with control and analysis activities.
- Develop and conceptualize business solutions.
- Collect and process business data
- Support development of Business Intelligence tools including functional testing.
- Prepare presentation materials for Management meetings.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Finance, Accounting or IT.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of business processes especially in purchasing activities.
- Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) with a good understanding in IT systems and data management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to deal with complex situations and meet tough deadlines.
- Well organized and meticulous.
- Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the automotive industry with experience in complex IT project management and business re-engineering.
