Payslip is a Confidential Item...
Will you let other companies to view your latest payslip (if they request) when you are on a job-hunt (cos you resign frm your previous job)?

Normally I just tell them my company doesn't issue payslips. But in my past 3 jobs, none have approached me for such information. But I do know some companies that do, if you ask me, its most probably the HR manager want to cover her backside, and ask her kah kia to get it from you.
