hi all . i am asking on behalf on my friend who have a work-related issue . he used to work under this xx company and he needed to sign a 3month bond . the bond started on 24 oct 2010 .
1. the 3 month bond end at which date as some month has longer day . so is he right to assume that 1 month = 28 days ? or the bond ends on 24 jan 2011 ?
2. does his off day , no-pay leave , mc counted to the 3 month bond ?
ask your friend please take out his contract/bond details and go through it, different company different standard. yes/no?
Why not look at the contract and ask the company
1 month = 28 days x 12 month = 336 days year
what planet are u on?
usually 3 month bond means, if start 24 oct 2010, then ends 23 jan 2011.....
usually mc, off day not counted....

if it is written as calender month, it is deem counted, off day and mc are so called earned benefits, if the company has a 12 days per annum leaves , and a 14 days MC policies, every month he is entitled to 1 day A/L and about 1.2 day MC.
