Applying sabbatical leave?

  hi I wonder if this is getting more common to take more than 1 month leave a year in SG?

  Does employers especially bigger companies allow this in SG?

  lol! I not too sure about it... but if my employee wanna take long leave, I prefer he/she give me some notice period so I can find temp replacement.
