Are you doing 2 persons' job?

If I work normally from 9am to 6pm and still have so much pending work that I've to stay until 10pm everyday to finish my work for the day, then I am doing a 2-person job.
In one of my ex-company, I was doing a 2-person job but I quitted after a few months. And, I also learnt that company's employee turnover rate is very high as many cannot coop with the 2-person workload each.

money cannot bring with us after death. I rather be paid 1 person's salary and do 1 person's job. I still have a life after work.

you do 2 person's job and get paid 2 person's pay, you get to retire twice as fast. do consider.

I am worse than you, I am doing 3-4 persons job, I have no life, I sometimes have to come back on weekends to do work. I thought of quitting and looking for another job, but I need to secure a job first before leaving.
