Account / Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sale, up-sells of technology/outsourcing services and solutions to existing client
2. Responsible for relationship building with key client executives and managers, aiming for customer delight
3. Plan sales activities and build out a strong pipeline. Report and forecast accurately and up-to-date
4. Understand customer needs and writing winning proposals that utilizes the company’s competencies to address these requirements
5. Collaborate with delivery teams to drive joint success, acting as the customer’s advocate
Requirements:
1 Service/Outsourcing background
2 Business or computing related graduate degree or similar
3 Working experience with Information Technology MNC
4 Minimum 5 years IT services/outsourcing experience (including implementation, development, testing & quality assurance services)
5 Strong sales track record. Consistent on target or over achievement performance
6 Fluent in both verbal and written English. Ability to understand Chinese language an advantage
7 Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills
8 Understanding of customer and market dynamic and requirements
9 Active, resourceful and have the ability to multi-tasks.
10 Ability to interact and maintain good relationships with clients
