Hi, if you have any information about it, can you please reply to me, thank you!
I'm currently working at a recruitment agency as a temp on 3months contract, after working for 1 week, I realise I cannot cope with the stress in it and wishes to quit. However, it says I need to pay up to $1.2k for compensation in the contract and give 2weeks notice period. If it is say, is it applicable for me to actually have my 3 weeks pay dock and top up the additional pay to make it $1.2k? Do I have to actually pay them 80% of pay for quitting my work within 90days of working which I signed in the registration form? Or since I'm working in recruitment agency directly, does that rule not applies to me?
If you play them out then you have to pay that amount.
Mutual consent (between you and the employer) I don't think you have to pay them.
