Employer usually possessed a high intellectual abilities to identify potential employees whether "good or bad" during the interview. They are also able to skilfully create an environment to nurture both the "bad and good" into a vital force of asset of tomorrow for the well beings of the society. Personally, and fortunately owing to my blessing of ancestors, I met a very lovely and kind supervisors during the interview and they made my day till now
I am very grateful. More importantly, it is also my sincere and lovely personalities that made them clicked

Do not smoke too much even if one have a nice resume.
They will know whether you can perform or not.
Dont land in the tight spot.

I find out that the interviewing process is very very important. It will sure to bring forward to your next working day (if your ever selected) So don't think that you are selected means you are good. You'd never know they could spot your attitude problem and do the same thing to you.
