Hey, for the same costs, will you hire Filipino/Bangla or Chinese ? I will choose Chinese. Becos they can take orders in Mandarin and Cantonese and Hokkien. More hardworking too, I presume. Anyway its not my restaurant....just helping my fren to setup.

You see, everyone have this kind of mindset / mentality of getting cheap labour. Of course getting diligent, hardworking, honest workers...... and most importantly is CHEAP, we gotta get foreign workers...... i totally agreed.
So now locals are making noise about foreigners snatching jobs away, so it become a dilema......tio bo?

for wat i now, Guangzhou ppl can speak mandarin and cantonese only, of course some can listen to a bit hokkien but cannot speak........ if you manage to find one that speaks all....... si beh lucky leh.......
