But generally my advise to freshie that just graduate looking for job, Don't join ICA.
you will quit once you finish your bond.
its not that simple sitting on the counter chop passport blarblarblar, more than that which cannot be reveal.
join and you will know.

I went to collect my passport a few months ago, and I tell ts, working in counter work is by no means for a weak heart.
It was so crowded and you must be focus at your work and able to work under this kind of enivr.
Lastly, must be able to withstand customers facial expression.

My parents work for ICA
Im already going to be 2 decades year old.
So i believe i heard more of their gumbling rather than the joy of the working there.
I always hear my mother complaining to me that the youngster she is in charge are always giving her and her upper boss no choice but to make them leave.
She always warn me not to join ICA.
And of coz the complains about visitors, the never ending jam, the counter shift change, blarblarblar.
Unless you really want to join it, by all means go ahead.
If not, don waste ur time and youth

ICA management or dept head should do something about the feedback you received.
And during interview process, should let them know the requirement of the work, like manning the counter etc....
And management and dept head should sit down and review the employment policy too.
For instances, staff taking more than a certain days of mc will be warn and eventually terminated without any pro rated salary or bonuses.

"Say and claim that you know everything and can take hard work during the interview to get the job. After that if can't tahan take mc to chao keng and after that bo bian than resign to look for another job"

people attitude will change my friend.
You can join as a fresh grad full of enthusiasm, but when the stress and workload becomes heavy, your attitude will change.
Interview that time all say ok ok, when got the job and do the job, all will say not ok not ok.
And yes, once you take alot of MC, you will be ask to leave. They will ask you to resign.

Isnt there any monthly dept/section meeting or feedback?
It is very unhealthy if everybody starting to take mc now and then and yet the head do nothing about it.

Govt job also can terminate staff for taking too much mc meh.
These staff should write in to Stomp or the online citizen to complain. I am sure the opposition parties can make good use of these stories in the next election

The root of the problem is not mc
the root of the problem is why are u taking so many mc.
thats why they terminate you. becoz clearly, you lose interested in the job.
If I am working in the counter and get those sort of nonsense of staff taking mc again, I will surely write to the top about this issue.
That this mcs makes the whole ica counter looks unproductive and unhealthy.
Too bad, seem like nobody cannot do anything about it huh?
Or management simply closed both eyes and ears?
