You didn't take MC already one big fault, even though your employer knows.
In this case you probably take what you earn lah, but next time must see doctor though.

Can you show your contract, as in typing the whole thing out?
Because seriously I temped under Recruit Express and there wasn't such thing as in 80% of my pay will be going over to theirs at most only 'mandatory deductions' like CPF CDAC only.
Not feeling well, not seeing a doctor to get MC is the biggest mistake you made. You got no documentation to cover yourself or fight your case.
Don't ever pull this kind of stunt in when you get a real job, it gets you nowhere, and is grounds for disciplinary action.

nows adays youngsters got real lots of problem. no wonder some adults i work with also got similar problem or worse. tthey build it up during their youths. 13 days also cannot work properly.
