This morning waited too long at GLP and CMA, didn't get... But it's not the time to chase now. This is unlike in 2009 where I was buying till very little cash left every month.

It's hard work. Real pure hard work.
Even my JC students tell me they think I work harder than them.
Hard works do gets a good pay for that.
Even while working (salaried paid), we need to work smart, hard, and no complain. Boss is always right isnt it?
And with more foreigners coming in, salary will be lowered, locals have to show their employer locals are better than foreigners.

That's why I moving away from being employed eventually. Should complete my experiment and move off with it by 2012. I control my path. My eventual target is to have a monthly cheque of the median annual income. Why? Because by doing that, I will have the ability to contribute even more to those who need it. That is my motivation, that is my drive. And I'm willing to work hard for it.
My workplace is an American MNC. The boss is not always right; we are encouraged to point out, suggest, and criticise if the boss makes a mistake.

Yes, in a tactful manner when pointing out, suggest or criticised your manager.
Managers talk in tactful manner too.
It's a 2-way respect and sharing. Then again, it's this company. I don't know how other companies are like. I'm pretty sure what I described is usually for American MNCs here only.
Mostly local managers are not.
EQ is not up to the standard.
That is why local managers are not being favoured by their staff.
The managers here are local or Indonesian. The newer managers are friendlier. I guess it's just the corporate culture. All these managers here have been working here since their day 1 at work.
Then again, although I have described it so nicely, I will still leave because
1) Salary still too low for me
2) I have learned quite a number of things; mostly left with picking up new technical skills occassionally and just cruising along. Don't think there's much prospects cuz all the managers are still very young, <40 yrs old.
3) Doesn't fit my life goal.
