Cheaper, faster CEO?

since the matra is cheaper and faster, why cant the government go hire those cheaper and faster CEO's from abroad to helm the TLC companies like singtel, singapore technologies etc.
can hire an expatriate CEO from cambodia or thailand for an annual salary of $50,000 a year. a costs savings of hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars if the SingTel CEO is hired, from say, Vietnam for a salary of $5,000 a month.

Cheaper and faster CEOs. There are abundant of them from India, Philippines, Myanmmar, China and other third world countries you can choose from. Suit yourself.

Cannot have low salary.

then the followers silly follow hit the wall kena problem then i come in and do otehrwise solve the problem i king arjh! if not i cannot survive in this world and charge high high mah. but some student also smart arh, they por kar chng alwasy echo my words but behgind me they backstab me in front they scare in the community mah.

who say people not cheap and fast. but must got monetary reqrd mah. see one forum when people request TFCD no reply. then people post require blogshop models all those hidden dragins and crouching tigers come out post already. they cannot use pm 1 meh i see already lah arh. some more the portfolio those photos anyone can also take, some worse WB out still post the photos. can see these type of models really don;t even can tell the basic criteria of quality of a photo
