You considered both sides are wrong when a polite customer called the service line to enquire about the products. Service staff did not know about the products the company is offering and blasted at the customer. Customer was not angry at that time and requested the staff to ask his supervisor about it but he refused. You consider the customer is wrong. You have no sense of sound judgement.
Please be bothered to find out the details of the case before making judgement that the customer is wrong. You don't take marketing as your major or minor, do you? There again it does not take one to study marketing to tell who is wrong and right. It always base on case to case not on your sweeping statement.

There is too much room for service improvement in Singapore. After all these years, there is little/no improvement.
Everybody gets abused by clients, fellow co-workers, bosses and even friends from time to time.
That's life.
Really.
I like it in china you know...i tried to bargain for a souvenir at the great wall and the service staff told me to go buy at the forbidden city since i said it's cheaper there. hahaha, tickled my rib wth.
Another incident, i bought an expensive adidas backpack and after the purchase, the staff handed me back the credit card with one hand, no eye contact and no thank you. It was pretty silent. I wonder if these people grew up in rice fields or what.
What irritates me is how a lot of those fashion apparel service staff will greet you when you enter the shop with that deadpan voice and eyes on the floor or ceiling. Then when you try something and then not buy, the smile (or the lack of) on the face goes off immediately.
Restaurant staff will serve you the food and ask the table to enjoy the meal instead of looking at you.
You can try QB house haircut. You enter and they say konichiwa while still focusing on the customer's hair. Konichiwa to the hair for fuck sia lol.

Tell me how you know the customer is not automatic. It has been said in the text that the customer was not angry that time when blasted and requested the service staff to check with the supervisor and staff refused. Is this not automatic?
You should suggest to let the service staff continue to be ill manner to the customer and pat him on the shoulders and tell him well done. What a peck of shit from you.
aiyah...........why get so angry ???
i not talking about article lah...........i'm saying many customers also at fault.......

Some service staff accord the same treatment to the customers in Singapore. Not just the PRcs do it.

Simple, just don't work as customr service staff. There are other interesting jobs.
I won't blame them if they lack product knowledge when the companies don't do the job to train them.
I think rooney9 should start a new thread call "rooney9 hard to find a job because he whines too much in all his jobs"
