  Admin Officer is required for Cash loan financing firms at East and Central.

   

  Job Description

  • To handle customer calls inquiry and walk in customers’ loan application.
  • To screen loan applicants credit rating.
  • To remind customers about payment due date.
  • To handle ad hoc administration duties.

   Requirement

  • 4 O levels with a credit in English (required by government policy)
  • Min 1 year admin or customer service experience
  • Bilingual
  • Good phone communication skills
  • Presentable with an outspoken personality

  Other Information

   

  • East is at Bedok North: 5.5 days Mon to Fri 12-7pm and Sat 12-3pm
  • Central is at Bugis area: 5 days Mon to Fri 11-7.30pm
