Quit job for less than a year

  Hi i wonder.. how do i explain to my next employeer if i quit the job just after 8 months or 9 months ? It will look bad on the resume.

  Tell them the truth the previous company unable to let you excel in your work.

  Or dont write down on your resume.

  if you are a smooth talker, you can get away with anything.....if you are not, even if you work for a few years, the interviewer may not hire you also.......interviewer will have their own selection criteria and biases one....if you are not selected, dun blame yourself........

  depends on your working experience. if you many years already, don;t need to add those unnecessary ones. so what if you job hop? employers big f*** recruiter big f*** meh? if so why recruiters got so many jobs people changing looking for jobs, so all don;t change job lah recruiters no job can go sell their own backside. some companies what kan always look for worker s one so their position very shiok lah? if no why alwasy need to look for workers don;t need why also no need interview lah. why always employees faul. if you got retrenched then its not your fault. its the companies the bosses fault. go look around some position always got people resign1. why? thsoe are ot the people's fault bu t the bossess the position itself got many problems already.
