Who is a job hopper here, one who is always on the move?

I am a serial job hopper. the longest job I stayed was 2.5 years and that was many years ago.
I read from ST Mind your Body, article undiagnosed attention disorder: Man switched jobs 10 times in 10 years. cause of it is attention deficit, a form of attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). ADHD is a brain disorder characterised by restless behaviour and inability to focus.

When you are young, no problem for job hoppers.
When you reach a certain age, you MUST settle down with a job till retire. Plan that carefully and not caught off guard.

My longest job was 4 years. This is my 5th job in 10 years haha.

companies actually relocate operations overseas......or are infested with difficult people.there is no such thing as job hopper in the modern world.u think we are stupid?????no such thing...if a person is well educated.......finds that $$$$ and skills are no good and have difficult people around them.....then the job is up in smoke.
in spore,its either u get paid same rate as chinaman n u are unable to survive in spore.....thengo find a job that has a better future.so if next job u have has company that has debts of $1billion then go to another company...and if next company has been affected by 9-11 airline...recessions......company relocation...until u get a temp job n low position...time to kick the bucket n immigrate!
people dont job hop unless they have no choice...not disorder problem.people with disorder problem cant study n focus even on 2 mths on the job...so its not disorder problem but rather company has problems as in difficult people,workplace harrasment,ns reservist issues,company relocation,recessions,company playing dirty n getting rid of staff using any dirty undertable method....so if one is experienced at work...u will notice anything is possible to companies under the sun.
so if u have 1 year and have went thru 3 mths probation......then u have no disoreder problem unless u have been exposed to racism or workplace bullying or supervisor trying to ram a 20kg metal piece up yer ass.
however if u went went thru various jobs after years in the same field and have much skills...then its time u set up your own company as u have by this time acquired all the knowledge,skills and expertise.had u stayed in just one company still using 1970 technology then u are in trouble.u will be addicted to your company.so without your company...u will die.....just like a drug addict without drugs.

like a soldier:.....one who only knows a weapon or 2 and fights only in one weather only.
now take a look at another type of soldier who knows 4 or 5 other weapons and always improve himself after mastering one weapon.he knows how to fight on land,in the sea,in the air,in snow,in broiling deserts etc.
just as the above applies in a civilian modern workplace...the one who knows how to conquer and reduce or make stuff will be the only survivor...the rest are just corpses waiting to rot.

make sure u can setup company in same field.if u need to depend on this guy n that company all the time.....then its like a person with kidney failure,heart problems and other various problems....master what u have in hand first then go to next mission.

there is however one type of organisation that demands loyalty forever.its the italian mafia or yakuza or 699 gang .no skills needed.....u just kind of walk around...look fierce.....just dun tell people yer pay is less n have not much skills other than the rubbish collector in some countries.
in spore there is no loyalty from company even if u served them loyally for 10 or 20 years.after that they fire u because they got yunger,much more alert,better skilled ,much cheaper and faster up to date people.dun think backside would be werth much to any employer after 20 years irregardless .

if the dots dun connect...suggest dun take job......just go fer yer dreams.
dont fear it....just concentrate full power on yer dreams....only then will u be contented.
if u want to be a millionaire...make sure you go fer it everyday n dun get distracted
if u want to be a olympic gold medal swimmer or a nobel prize winner in chemistry...go for it everyday n dun get distracted
but if u want to be a millionaire n nobel prize winner n u get distracted by ippt...remedial training almost every day n every year.......then there is no chance u will have yer dreams.
so...thing is...its the country u are in that leaves u alone that matters most....from food,neighbours who are quiet,government that leaves u alone for athelete remedial trainings in ippt from army,materials availiabilty...etc.if just one touches u.....yer dreams are no more....it is actually taken away from u n u die without realising it.

i switched also 10 jobs in 10 years,,,,,,,because of economic downturn.now i have immigrated and is doin ok.

in spore ,people with symptoms such as these would have been jobless till today after they left school.....or doing labourer job carrying rice in supermarket.
as most companies demand people to focus during the 3 mth probation in all spore jobs...it is most unlikely spore has an abnormal werkforce.hpwever there are situations where companies end up having dirty people who try to get rid or play dirty due to production issues.
try the nearest hawker centre to see if they have folks like the above.for most professional jobs the education alone is used to filter out cases such as ADHD afflicted people.so i dun think that applies to much sporeans.
in spore ,most likely recessions make people find a new job....and difficult people try to get rid of one another in company in order to score points with management.....very often u will come across companieswith people such as these.....they come in pairs..like a pair of soiled shoes.

then u sporean have only 10 years some related n some not related experience with diploma and want $1450.55cents......

Rule of thumb in Singapore (except in certain high places).
