Most importantly you got the cert. Private companies don't give so much focus on your detailed transcripts, however govt jobs will. Just filling up the online application form, will demoralise you, because you have to state each and everyone of them.

I've tried that before.
But end of day it still depends... I think for GPA of 4...
Probably 2.5 and above. If you have a 1.0 employers will really give you a different look.

It might be a pass individually. But I remember reading once, where accumulative needs to be at least 2 to be considered a pass?
