Survey: encourage employment of the elderly in Singapore?

Singapore has an ageing population, our dependency ratio (the number of economically inactive people per 1000 economically active people) will increase. As such do you think we may need to encourage the elderly in Singapore to retire later/ work longer?
Would the elderly work if they did entrepreneurship, like starting small businesses instead?
I represent a group of students doing a project on the employment of elderly, please help us complete this survey and give your opinions on this matter in this forum!

It is up to each and every INDIVIDUALS to decide for themselves whether they should retire early or later.
Creating survey or social studies cases DOES NOT MEANS THAT IT SHOULD BE USE TO ENFORCE OR CONVINCE THE ELDERLY TO CONFORM TO ANY FORM OF UNFAIR JURISDICTION.
How would you feel if your own survey were use against you in your future?
I do not support creation of such malicious tools of enforcement.

Yes, I simply enjoy seeing them clear trays and clean tables at fast food restaurants, because no one else takes the initiative to clear their goddamn trays.

And don't you think your approach in the survey is wrong? Elderly, shouldn't you be doing a survey in the streets, interviewing them f2f. If they don't know english how? That age group not everyone is highly educated leh. aiyo. lol.
