What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping or mystery consumer is a tool used by market research companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery shoppers posing as normal customers perform specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.

In accordance with our development in Asia, we are now looking for mystery shoppers of luxury products and high-end products. We provide compensation that suits shoppers of that level, in addition to luxury gifts. Mystery Shopper Requirement
1. Responsible and Ethical.
2. Consumers of luxury products are preferred.
3. Having a camera or a smart phone with a camera function. Having internet access.
The Process as a Mystery Shopper
1. Receiving our training before each campaign in order to understand what to evaluate (free or charge).
2. Go shopping undercover at required counter/shop with the given scenario, observe closely, and evaluate the quality of service. A typical visit with purchase is usually 45 minutes and a typical visit without purchase is usually 20 minutes.
3. Fill out our questionnaire in our online system and upload the required documents/photos.

A.C.D.L. will visit and assess the quality of service of luxury brand stores in China, Korea, Singapore, Macau and Hong Kong, in order to improve the quality of service.
Mystery Shoppers Requirements :
1. Female & Male
2. Age : between 25 & 50 years old
3. Customers of luxury brands preferred
Your Tasks：
1.Receiving our training (about 1 hour).
2.Go shopping undercover within our given scenario at a luxury brand store and observe the quality of service of the Sales person (about 30 minutes/visit)：
Visits are without Purchaseï¼›
Visits during the week and/or the weekend/holidaysï¼›
You receive a compensation per visit.
3.Fill out of questionnaire online carefully and elaborate when comments are needed. Upload your photos of the counter and ill Sales Person behavior.
