Job application: ask for weight???

There is this stat board which asks you about your weight as part of the application process.
Wondering if there is discrimination against heavier (read fat, unhealthy, lazy in general) people???Heavier people will be less likely to secure a job with this stat board?

Cause the chairs are all standardised cheap materials. Can only hold around less then 80kg . And ass size is asian size.
