Desktop Engineers
The Desktop Engineer will be accountable for the followings:
· Able to answer desktop related queries.
· Good communication skill and Customer focus.
· Able to work within a team or individually with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure and sense of urgency.
· Experience in Microsoft product such Windows XP, Office 2003 and other related software.
· At least 2 years working experience in PC Hardware/Software.
· Problem diagnosis and resolution (preferred).
· Good trouble-shooting and problem solving skills (preferred).

Helpdesk Engineer
The Helpdesk Support Executive shall be handling the following responsibilities
Ensure customer enquiries and emails are handled and resolved within confines of SLA.
1st level ticketing support through Helpdesk Support System.
Achieving a 95% or above ticket resolved rate.
Perform 1st level Support pertaining to end-users enquiry and faults reported.
Escalation of customer issues to 2nd / 3rd level support.
Perform administrative work, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services.
Preventive Maintenance.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to communicate well, both written and spoken.
High customer service orientation.
Able to multi-task.
Team player.
ITE/Diploma in an IT-related discipline.
Preferably someone able to start work in short notice or immediately.

Salary: $1800 - $2500
