Responsibilities
- Sales of cash card and souvenirs and perform the necessary sales documentation work.

Effective management of the reception area.

Take reservations for the restaurants.

Sales of tickets for social events organized by the Club.

Updating members’ databank.

Perform mailroom function for Committee Members and Sports conveners.

Call sports players reminding them of matches.
-
Taking bookings for sports courts and meeting rooms.
-
Issuing of temporary membership cards for reciprocal clubs' members.
-
Tendering cheques and documents to Committee members for their signatures.
-
Attending to members’ queries and needs.
-
Issuing carpark labels.
-
Filing of notices on clubs' notice boards.
-
- Undertake any other duties and projects as designated by Management.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level.
- Previous experience in frontline customer service.
- Fluent in English.
