How is working for a female bosses?

I find that working for old or young female bosses the same. both nag and likes to micro-manage, always ask you if you do this or that or not? I mean we are not fresh grad or just come out of the work force. why dun they just leave you alone to do your work in peace.

haha not certain days lar. its like almost everyday. come and ask you how is your work, do already or not....knn, why cant they leave me alone to do my work in peace sia.... I think they are too free liao....the work is done by us not them....all they do is attend meetings and submit reports....

but my ex-industry (financial) is very stressful (for everyone...especially the top management).. sometimes ka kia (staffs) got
for almost nothing... lol..
