  Yes you should go down personally and almost immediately when you see the post. 

  The hiring and tender rate is very fast for this kind of job at sim lim. Almost the next hour, since the adv has been put up the people would apply and he can work the next day. 

  If it is morning, the guy can start work in the same day afternoon. It is instantaneous,walk in and start work immediately. 

  Unlike professional job, the company will take their time to hire, look at resume, open up a meeting to decide who to take up.

  IT is best if you know the people there, then your friend can introduce you in. Else try your luck and ask around while shopping at Sim Lim
