As a Supervisor/Team Leader: -
- Assume full responsibility for reservations and service operations reporting straight into the manager.
- Responsible for coaching and managing staff as well as work with functional groups to ensure the day-to-day operational and revenue targets are met.
- Must be customer oriented.
- Initiate and implement actions to improve quality, productivity, delivery and cost, including housekeeping.
- Lead and motivate subordinates in their skills/knowledge development to contribute effectively towards the achievement of company's goal and objectives.
- You will be expected to be very front facing and will require your wit and charm to reflect the quality of our products and service.
Requirements:
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Customer Service or equivalent.
- Be a dynamic leader and be able to manage and lead a highly motivated but varied team.
- Have a high and consistent philosophy in service, branding and execution.
- Be able to work under pressure and to make sound decisions.
- Applicants with French, Japanese or Italian skills set is an added advantage.
