Govt service career ad: Elitism projection?

  If those tat take MRT trains would notice e in-train ads from MINDEF for DXO application.

  Recently some minister said govt goes by meritocracy and nothing of a small group of ppl running e show or elitism.

  But e MINDEF ad has the word something of managing the defence of Singapore and its 'elite fighters'.
