Position : Admin Assistant
i. Prepare and generate invoices and quotations
ii. Annual leave and medical leave administration
iii. Coordinate and maintain records for staff leave, attendance,
overtime and etc.
iv. Setting up and maintenance of filling system as and when required as
work progress
v. Compile monthly forecast figures
vi. Carry out administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
vii. Comply with all time limits and deadlines which are directed by the
Company.
