I am wondering, will the HR do a reference check after your interview?
Sometimes they will, depends on individual..
Did you manage to get a job in finance sector?
what if there are discrepancies and if the employer find out, supposed you are already employed by them, will they sack you for wilful suppression of information?
Usually they investigate only if the resume is not normal.
eg: jobless for 6 months, high pay but low position...
Most of the time they won't sack if it's something small..but really depends on the company and what discrepancies you make.

so your resume is authentic
how's job search?
Some do, most don't. But if you're applying for another job in a similar market, where its quite closed knit, they definitely will.
so when they find out that some of your resume are inconsistent, will they terminate you immediately?
depends on what inconsistency
they are not that cruel lar.
some are...I never see before la..
when they fire you, they kindly give you a grace period of 30 mins... one real incident from a friend.
@5pm: you no need to come tomorrow. 5.30pm: home.
