  Maybe you would like to lower your expectations for the other jobs like Admin and HR pay. 8-10bucks/ hour is on the high side for such jobs, and considering that you are holding a Dip in Aerospace Electronics. 

  I know of ppl with Dip in Banking and Finance, Human Resource and related fields receiving pay of 6.50 to 7 per hour. Another thing, wouldn't it be better if you search through the newspaper for jobs?
