  wanna share how much bonuses you've got this year?

  let me start wiv mine first, i got perfomance bonus for 1,5x salary, and variable bonus for 3x salary. so total is 4.5x salary.

  well its not bad afterall, but since nowadays economic has been picking up, i expect (sorry) should be more, why coz as a marketing i drive more than 35% revenue to company.

  My company just offers me 12mth salary no bonus nothing else... soooo sad...cry.png
  
  wanna change job, and I posted my request for suggestion in another thread… but got no suggestions.... sad again .cry.png
  
  but actually my personal view is that it doesn't matter how much bonuses you have but how much in total you can take home annually.

  alex, i heard from another sales man from diff com, they get up to 14 mths !!

  so they can earn 26x mths salary per annum 

   

  some company did merge their aws to a monthly salary eq you earn 1k/mth so instead of 1k you will get (1k X 13)/12 , exclusive any bonuses..

  i wish i could get more than 12 mths without merge...

  i used payscale.com to assess my pay percentile... shocked me a lot i am on the low,much low, side..

  thinking if i need to consult expert who could share some tips on negotiation for higher salary.
