  Hi, just wanna ask if anyone had any exp with getting a job with kelly services before?

  One thing that struck me about jobs offered by Kelly services is that there isnt a "commission" extracted from the applicant's fee i.e. the pay is really your pay and not after deducting agent fee etc..

  In that case what is the source of their revenue? How they make money one???

  alot of companies also like tat de ah...

  They dun charge extra from u... they charge to the client instead... Their client = The companies looking for staff...

  So in the end, the company pay you less cause they also have to pay the agent right?

  Its the same as extracting commission from the job applicant but indirectly, amirite??

  I heared from friends is those recruit company pay you salary. The company pays the recruitment company the salary then after deducting commision, the recruitment company pays you. Anyway i think your salary is reduced after going through a middle person. Ask more about it

  Ya , but i think kelly is better thou pay is lesser but their job had alot of variety where else RE dontt have as much as Kelly :D

  The extra lesser pay is for the middle man agents of course. Be surprised to know your collegue is earning more than you, cause he not hired through a agent.
