Interviewers who waste your time!!

any of you experienced these scenerios? Make blood boil.
case 1)
in resume clearly stated last drawn salary AND/Or expected salary.
Example $3000. Go down interview. They say this job they paying not more than $2000. Ask me go down all the way for what?????? If difference abit then understandable ask to go down discuss further. But if the resume clearly state XXXX amount, and they paying XXX amount, why waste each other's time?? These idiots, never read resumes carefully before calling. Or shouldn't the HR scanning the resumes be aware of the pay guide before calling? Sucks
case 2) Lady P ask to go meet her at her office for interview. Reach there the 1st thing she say is she dunno how to interview de! Say supposed Boss interview but boss is stationed at other office de, can go down meet him another day?????
Ask me go down for what!
case 3) interviewer say why dun have XXXX experience? DAmn, why they again dun read resume carefully before wasting people time for a 3 min interview

yes. they are really unprofessional, as some of them are not HR trained.

Ever kena asked, "Do you finish all the food on your plate?"
Me: : "Huh."
Interviewer: "Do you finish all the food on your plate?"
Me: "Yes." (Which is the truth btw.)
And the interview went on to other questions.
?? puzzled since then. Anyway didn't get the job.

I kena once an interview, the person spent most of the time asking about my family nothing at all about the job haha

1 experience to share:
She: "Oh you have the experience in doing paperwork but no experience in supervising people"
Obviously she never read my resume. If she knows I got no experience in supervising people than why waste my time to ask me to go for interview

For many years the job market is the employers' market. Hence they are at the upper hand to do what they like and want to do to candidates.
In the past,some of my buddies and I have encountered the following:
These are unprofessional. Some stated in the ad that they are paying XXXXX amount. When interviewing, they tell the candidate they are paying below the stated amount.
A couple of them throw temper at the candidates. One or two of them went berserk and kept grumbling about their personal problems.
Some interviewers are full of sacarsm.
One interviewer told the applicant that she had lost the resume. Wasted the interview time to search for it.
We will not work with such companies.

speaking of sacarsm, i remember one horrible interview. There were 2 interviewers, the G.M and the manager. g.m quite ok, ask sensible question. Manager shoot me back at whatever i say.G.M > so your last pay was 2.6K, how much you asking now?

needless to say, i dont enjoy being talked down by idiots who are less qualified than me

haha in the case 2 i mentioned earlier, the young lady who ''ínterviewed' me gave me a big shock. Her dress was so low cut that her assets were popping out, in mini-skirt, colourful nails. Her bra slightly exposed ! *faints*The office was full of religious items.
The moment i stepped in i told myself it is ah beng company and i guessed the interviewer would be ah lian ah huay. BINGO!!

I am a guy. Actually, what you said about sexy female interviewers. I exp before. That is why I don't like to put my photo on my resume.
Some women can also be the very tiko type, if u know what I mean.
There is no law in Singapore against woman harassing man.
There is huge taboo for man to go about telling ppl that he is disturbed or harassed by female.There is social pressure that man must take anything from woman.
These women just take adv of the loopholes to overcome their boredom and satisfy fantasy.

lucky my boss taught me to be professional
even when we both interview candidates
to be on time, presentable, ask good questions, be direct if we find that we are wasting each other time

That is good practice.In my experiences, I notice that interviews are conducted properly when the top guns of the companies are involved.

one of the interview ask me why want to change job
i say change of environment, he replied tell me like this move to moon and stay loh since planet earth not suitable for u
kaoz..after that i give up on the interview. Keep telling me my existing job very good already, why want to come over here. Than talk about the fast pace environment which i told him, my existing job already very fast pace, sometimes need to OT and over the weekend, reply to emails.
than he told me,oh the people here dun work over the weekend 1 ...
my superior even worse, she interview people can talk until want to cry, tell candidates that she kanna bully by people in the office..etc etc
