Job Description:
- General administrative support for various departments. (Finance, HR, Marketing, Logistics)

Tanah Merah:
Responsibilities:
- Handle Maintenance & Servicing customer base.
- Update and follow-up in M&S customer database.
- Assist and co-ordinate in daily M&S job schedules.
- Provide customer service on lines and phone calls.
- Generate quotations, invoices, sales orders, office documents, etc.
- Support Sales & Marketing Team.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- All races are welcome.
- Minimum GCE N or O level.
- Min 2 years admin experience.

Customer Service Officer (Senoko)
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer’s orders over the phone, fax, email, online and via sales personnel
- Sales orders processing by generating invoices, credit/debit notes and warehouse transfer notes
- Generate goods return note, indent order for perishables and posting of invoices
- Co-ordinate with the store and delivery staff to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Attend to customer’s complaints and enquiries
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels, Diploma or equivalent
- Alert, meticulous, responsible, resourceful and service oriented attitude
- F&B background advantageous
- Able to commence work immediately

Responsibilities:
- Assist Admin Manager in handling general office/administration duties

Requirements:

Sales Engineer (Redhill)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviewing each enquiry received, to ensure that there is sufficient information given to enable a proposal to be prepared, and making initial contact with the client to establish further details as required, when the supply of goods is targeted for, and where it is in the supply chain
- Reviewing all proposals, prior to issue, to ensure that they are commercially viable and agree the selling price with management as appropriate
- Following up all quotations and pursuing their outcome to a conclusion
- Reviewing all customers’ orders, ensuring that all commercial issues are resolved, and completing the Contract Review Form, prior to issuing
- Prospecting for new business
- Preparing and completing relevant sections of reports as directed by the Sales Manager
- Organisation and monitoring of visits to customer site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in an Electrical / Mechanical / Process Engineering discipline
- Candidates with exposure in Oil and Gas Industries will be an added advantage

Contract Services Engineer (Redhill)
Position is suitable for candidates who are customer oriented and find satisfaction in providing high standard of customer services. You will be based in Singapore and provide services to existing and new clients in Asia. In the course of selling maintenance contract, regional travelling is expected. Candidates with regional exposure and/or works in Oil and Gas environment will be given priority. Product training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for performance of the Site Services, including:
Scheduling and planning of mobilisations of service engineers including assignment of job packs and equipment as appropriate
- Maintaining records of products installed base and selling maintenance service to client.
- Liaising with clients to generate new business and develop business relations
- Logging and submission of enquiries for site services.
- Consolidating man hours, expenses and charges relate to site service and ensure invoices are raised in timely manner.
- Provides technical assistance and solutions relating to equipment operation, maintenance, performance, faulty components and warranty issues.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min diploma in engineering with working experience relates to sales and customer services.
- Strong ability in planning and scheduling.
- Resourceful, can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Energetic and willing to take new challenges.
- Possess good inter-personal and communicating skills.
- Experience in Electrical or Control Panel will be an added advantage.

Shipping Clerk (Chai Chee / Changi North)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in Receiving or Shipping section
- Prepare shipping documents, check items to be shipped against purchase orders to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels / NTC in Office Skills or related discipline.
Prior receiving / shipping working experience in manufacturing/logistics industry is advantage.
- Knowledge of shipping methods and procedures, LC (Letter of Credit) knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in MS Words and Excel.
- 5 days work week
