Will job agencies sue you?

  Some job agencies like Recruit Express have this policy that you need to work at least 3 months than can resign or else you have to compensate them 80% of your salary.

  If you do not pay them the amount, will they really engage a lawyer to sue you?

  Anyone try that before come and share what happen

  ever work with them & got a permenent job

  i suppose to pay $50 as stated but i nvr give

  told the agent to pay cos he earn so much commission from my job

  Depends on agency.   I know some wil not.

  rule of thumb - don get sued.

  finish the contract and FO

  don't get sued(bad reputation)
